Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between Price Point Solution and you for the supply of products.
The contract can not be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
Your tax invoice will arrive with your goods.
There is no minimum purchase amount.
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the website.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge.
Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website.
Third party websites may not always list our current prices.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Free delivery Australia and NZ Wide for all orders over $100 using reliable freight companies Star Track Express and Australia Post.
We only sell and ship products within Australia and New Zealand.
Price Point Solution will not make deliveries outside of Australia and New Zealand.
Retention of Title Clause
All goods invoiced and delivered remain the property of Price Point Solution; until payment in full has been received by Price Point Solution.
Price Point Solution may at any time without notice retake possession of goods.
The buyer should not however, be entitled to return the goods without prior written agreement from Price Point Solution.
Price Point Solution will only pay the cost of freight on returns where it issues a Return Authorisation Number and where Price Point Solution's designated carrier is used. Please note that returns will not be accepted after 6 months, however this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Where standard stock lines are supplied by Price Point Solution in accordance with the customer's order and such goods are returned without Price Point Solution's Return Authorisation Number and Price Point Solution subsequently agrees to credit such goods, a re-stock fee of 20% of the invoice value of such goods returned will apply.
Please allow 2-5 working days from receipt of goods back for quality assurance tests to be exercised, and the required credit / refund to be processed.
